     ***** the owner seems to be working hard at it.... and seems sincere in wanting to help, however the matter is still in progress on his end and I'm out of time on my end to reply to this to keep it open.... I wanted to give him the few more days needed to finish this but keep this active until then.... but ***** has been very communicative with me so that's appreciated and I look forward to this being resolved and believe he will in the next few days

    ! Also refuses to refund gap insurance he still has me paying for on a bike I haven't owned in almost half a year and refuses to refund that as well
