    The customer service factor is A++++ !!!! **** is knowledgeable and professional! He assembled the bed I bought quickly and explained the amazing warranty. But then he also went the extra mile to help me with an adjustment on another bed in my home. The king split adjustable bases worked perfectly and I look forward to a good nights sleep!! I would buy again from him and will recommend Jax Mattress to everyone.

    Coming into Jax Mattress we were immediately greeted. Everything was explained thoroughly. Very flexible and the same day delivery was definitely a bonus! 10/10 would recommend!

    Dealing with the store and salesman was very simple and enjoyable. My entire transaction was done via phone. The delivery was reasonably priced. We put it together with no issue and are happy with the adjustable bed.

    A+++ ************************** This is my 3rd purchase from **** and his team & each purchase and deliver exceeded my expectations. They listened to my needs & didnt try to over sell me. I must say it, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with honest, helpful people. The delivery was on *********** gave me a heads-up when they were en route. Overall, the ******************************************* Ive purchased from ********** team puts them above the competition. Highly recommend!

    I will say that the manager was nice until the end. We went in need of a king size mattress set up. **** offered us what he said was an amazing deal $1399 plus tax. We went ahead and paid for it and ********************* for him to get the merchandise out of the warehouse we looked up their website. On the website the exact same set was priced at $999. When we brought it to his attention we got told it was an error and tough luck. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this business as they do not honor their published prices. Just out to take advantage of someone in need of a product.

    These guys were great!!! Showed me different things in different price ranges. Absolutely no pressure at all!! I would go out of my way for the great customer satisfaction!! Same day delivery was a A+++
