      I am rejecting this response because:

      I paid for something and ***** cancelled the order a week before it was supposed to ship, this information came directly from his distribution company who he suggested I call, therefore I was left with no choice but to file a fraudulent charge claim since he went no contact. According to other customers this is a common practice of his. All he had to do was issue a refund as I requested and none of this would have been necessary. He claims to have refunded the money yet did not. If he had it wouldnt have been necessary to file to fraud claim.

      To date he has never provided a tracking number nor any proof of shipping or delivery yet claims that he shipped it.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,
      Our genuine apologies for the necessity of this response, but as a relatively young corporation, we cannot afford to have slanderous information available to the public without a valid and accurate rebuttal. Despite knowing Mr. ****** record, it is crucial to clarify what actually transpired. However, as of today, we will no longer expend effort on what can only fuel his exaggerated claims and waste of our time. The attachments provided, though limited to five, represent only a fraction of the approximately 300 pieces of written and photographic evidence we have against Mr. ******* This evidence will soon be submitted to the local authorities in *************** The final straw was a condescending text from Mr. ******* threatening to come to our office and put his hands on either his money or something else. Even if our company were at fault, which it is not, threats against my person, my family, or my team members are unacceptable. Mr. ****** will soon face the consequences of his dangerous temper. He will learn that I do not tolerate losing money to a customer who makes a living scamming hard-working business owners like myself. His violent threats only exacerbate his fraudulent behavior. Please note that the information below is the remainder of our response. If there were a way to submit the rest of the *** and JPEG evidence, I would gladly do so in a zip file or another format to provide a complete picture. This same information will be forwarded to the ****** review team. Mr. ****** has not only wasted resources by contacting the Better Business Bureau with false claims but has also left untrue and slanderous reviews against our corporation. This will soon result in a civil suit against him in county circuit court. Additionally, I have urged the local police department to press charges for his documented threats. I estimate that dealing with Mr. ****** has cost us approximately $2,000. To show the respect due to the Better Business Bureau, I have provided the necessary information to support my argument against these atrocious falsities. Mr. ****** fraudulent behavior was first evidenced by his initial order, which was flagged for the highest level of fraud. Despite this, we attempted to work directly with him. His ignorance was further demonstrated by his inability to recognize simple debit and credit transactions in JPEG form. We extended a second refund and additional credit to his account, and even offered to cover expedited shipping charges to demonstrate our commitment to him as a customer. However, once the defamation and threats began, Mr. ****** was informed that his monies had been returned in full. He was advised to seek the actual refund through his debit or credit card company and via Shop Pay installments, as the first two orders were not even paid in full but in lower installment payments, which he still received full refund compensation for. Despite this, he continued to scam our company by triple-dipping into refunds. We informed Mr. ****** that some customers are not worth the time and loss of capital, even though we invest many hours to make things work for our loyal clients. Upon notifying him that we were closing his account and deleting any existing store credits and promotional gift cards, totaling over $700, we immediately received threatening communications via email and Shop chat. The worst was his desire to drive from ************** to our office in Florida to impose physical harm over monies he could not understand he had already received. Mr. ****** extraordinarily short and vile temper has led him to justify his actions, exposing him to legal backlash for threats, slander, and other statutory violations. If the Better Business Bureau or any other entity requests additional proof of this debacle, we have roughly 20 emails, 36 CSV and Excel spreadsheet reports, and over 100 screenshots of slanderous text messages and emails from Mr. ******* ignoring the information provided and continuing to threaten us over monies he had been refunded twice.
