      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Should NEVER take more than a few minutes to answer calls. Ive been on hold for 1 hour 45 minutes. Nothing says, I could care less about customers than this!!!!

      So there are credits you can earn. A credit was accidentally applied to my bill and then removed. This was by their own admission. After that slip, even higher *** got their story straight to try and confuse and distort the issue instead of holding themselves accountable for their error.Fins someone else.

      I have a heart condition that requires surgery. Blur Cross denied it the day of my surgery. It has been over a month and the insurance company keeps jerking the doctor's office and myself around. They were to do a peer to peer review and the insurance company has not called the doctor's office like they were scheduled to do.

      BCBS Federal employee program has been TERRIBLE about a prior authorization claim that I have. No consumer can talk to anyone at BCBS about Prior Authorizations, only Caremark. And Caremark cannot talk to BCBS about them. I have been in a terrible loop for 5 months. Literally nobody can help me.

      Ive had Florida blue for almost a year now. Ive been to five pharmacies, three doctors and one hospital and none of them excepted the card or gave me any kind of a discount whatsoever. The government paid $9000 for my coverage for one year and gave me nothing in return. Florida blue owes the taxpayer $9000 effective immediately. I think the company that connected me with Florida blue is also liable for the debt. What a waste of taxpayer dollars. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

      Wish I could give no stars worst company ever spoke to 4 reps all different story's paid 248 the end off August only to find out apparently I haven't been insured since the end of June can't get a problem resolved when everyone who works for them is on a different page so now I'm just screwed looking into lawyers monday

      You will have an easier time fighting whatever ailment you may have than dealing with this company. For myself, the cancer was easier than trying to schedule the many tests and appointments I needed. Many were blocked by them until going through their customer service. Their customer service agents cannot understand English and you cannot understand their "English". Even for an easy call, it will take at least 30 minutes of your life away overcoming the language barrier. They are an absolute nightmare of a company to be insured by. 0/5 stars.

      It's absolutely uncanny that these guys continue to provide such poor products and services. When does a CEO look at an average rating of one star and decides to clean house? Everything from the accuracy of provider names, locations and costs, to the many broken links on their website/app screams "clown show".

      I just found out I have a heart disease, and I had Florida Blue. Well they were horrible. I spoke to over 20 associates. Half of them can barely speak English, one of them scammed me. Where they cancelled my insurance, and I couldn't get my oxygen or go to my doctors appointment or pay $156.00. Th the communication from Florida Blue and Healthcaregov is terrible. They dont even communicate with the other group when they cancelled my insurance. I depended on them and they totally let me down. I almost had to go back to the hospital because of the stress and aggravation. They need to get strong security, so hackers cant get your info and cancell out your policies. People like me who has chronic heart disease dont need to go through this. We depend on them. Please get better because people can not go without insurance and especially in my condition when we cant afford great insurance or not working.
