  It was an absolute pleasure working with Synergy throughout the purchasing process. We worked directly with ***** and everything was smooth from the beginning to the end. He was honest, professional and timely on all occasions. We have sold many homes throughout the years and its hard to find a honest and transparent buyer. Everything was thoroughly explained and even the title company song their praises which is highly unusual. I normally dont leave reviews but this time I felt compelled due to it being my best experience with a buyer. If youre looking to sell a home, give Synergy a call first and leave all the headaches behind.

  I live out of state, and I needed to sell my Florida house. Selling quickly was a top priority for me due to unfortunate family circumstances. Synergy made it easy for me to sell my house that needed A LOT of work. This process saved me from working with high fee real estate agents and paying for costly repairs. Plus, closing was very quick, and I was able to close from out of state with a mobile notary. I no longer pay property taxes, homeowners insurance, or city codes violation for a house I wasnt living in. Most importantly, I got a fair price for my house. I am glad I went this direction and sold to Synergy. I would do this again if I had to. It was as simple as promised!
