I love the way the product enhances the life of our gutters. We love that we dont have to clean the gutters or the roof since the pine needles slide off our new gutter helmet. No more worries in that department.

I had an end cap missing from my gutter helmet, and birds were nesting in it. I called them and they came out and fixed it the same day and cleaned all the nest out, at no charge. And it had been 4 years since I had them installed.Gutter Helmet

I'm a bit disappointed. In general the gutter system works ok, but the sun room section has a spot where the water cascades over the gutter, splashes onto the window as well as puddles below the gutter. When I contacted the installing company I was told not every event can be covered, and I was told I could pick up a high pressure nozzle to clear the gap of any obstruction. A different story than that of the ads and the salesman.Gutter Helmet

I had no problem getting on my roof and using my leaf blower to clean the gutters until we had metal roofing installed. If you slip and fall on asphalt shingles you might slide off. If you slip and fall on a metal roof you are on a big "playground slide" and you will slide off. Your product was by far the best solution since my gutters did not need replaced. All aspects of the estimate, sale, and installation were professional and personable and they work great.Gutter Helmet

I initially purchased Gutter Helmet (GH), over 3 years ago, I was less than satisfied to begin with and I shared the reason(s) with sales.
