    In mid August, I saw Dr. ******** for tooth sensitivity. Dr. ******** recommended as treatment for tooth sensitivity, a root canal with a permanent crown. During the procedure, Dr. ******** did not numb me properly causing the procedure to be very painful. After the root canal a temporary crown was placed. That temporary crown fell off the next day and my face/mouth were left in an extreme amount of pain. I called the oncall service, I was told to put denture cream on until permanent crown came in. My pain was never addressed. When permanent crown was place it was too large for my mouth, sat on the outside of my lip and prevented me from chewing properly. Dr. ******** removed that crown, shaved my tooth down some more because she said "your tooth needs to be brought down more so that the permanent crown will fit better." After she shave my tooth down again, my pain increased, especially in my face and nasal area. Again, I reached out to Dr. ********. This time she nor her office called me back. I went into her office as a walk in and Dr. ******** told "Do not show up to my office without an appointment, I am extremely busy and I can't just fit you". I explained to her that I had called and noone retuned my call. I explained to her that i was in an extreme amount of pain and that the tooth was not sitting right in my mouth, I told her that it felt to big and painful. dr.******** said that I was experiencing this pain because I needed to get all my teeth straightened out with Invislign. She said that after I paid her more money for the treatment, she would then fix crown. I refused. I have called back to her at least 7 times asking her to help me with my pain. No phone calls have been returned. I was forced to go to see another dentist for an emergency visit. He explained to me that a root canal was not needed to treat tooth sensitivity. He also said that the facial pain was caused by the root canal being done improperly. I will need surgery to correct that.
