      I paid $1,700 for Keith to resolve a *** tax matter. He sent me his agreement terms which stated he would file an amended tax return on our behalf to correct the matter. In ten months, he held one zoom meeting which he spent the whole time looking up and reading *** publications. At the end of the meeting, he stated I would need to get the electronic version of the Amended Return previously filed by another tax preparer service. That was not our agreement. I had a hard copy. Keith did absolutely nothing to help me and let the time expire. I specifically asked when he sent the agreement, if 18 months was long enough because the *** is slow to respond. He stated it should be more than enough time. Personally, I don't even know if Keith is a true CPA. He did not seem knowledgeable or professional and was exposing other clients personal information (names and social security numbers) while on the zoom call. He will not respond to my calls or emails. He did not fulfill the agreement and he did not help whatsoever!
