    In trying to resolve an HP printer problem through HP service Chat, technician said he needed access to our computer to solve printer driver problem. We did that and he solved the printer (and scanner) problem. He then said the difficulty had arisen because the computer had a worm called Koobface. In order to get rid of Kobface we needed to install a firewall called Sonic Wave. He offered this from ******* for $1100. for a 3 year subscription subscription, but from another source with lifetime coverage for $2707.47 We opted for the lifetime coverage and it was installed on our network. He left a document on the desktop which was a .bat file and said this was our key to the firewall and not to remove it. We calked AG IT tech support and talked to the same tech who emailed a warranty card with our customer number and a product code and the price paid. They created a check for us to verify on Docu Sign. The date of service 12/6/2022. I zelled the money. (IDIOT).I had a chat with Apple support and they could not find evidence of Sonic Wall on our Mac and suggested trashing the .bat file on the desktop as those can be used by malicious actors.Please help investigate this and possibly recover the money.Sonic Wall employee says product code is not theirs and price is way out of line.******* I have since checked out Sonic Wall and found they have no connection to AG IT Solutions Corp except they have been used in their scamming axtivities.
