"I bought a '07 ***** CRV the vehicle that I had bought was on 800 down the vehicle needed a new radiator cap and the mechanic looked at the vehicle at the business and told me that that was why my vehicle was overheating during the time I think two weeks went by and I explained to them that the car was still being overheated I worked two jobs and I'm not sure when I was able to come in this company is reliable for fixing the radiator as well as the thermostat housing because the vehicle needed a thermostat housing and was was not able to elaborate that on me 1st I explained to this company that I needed the car to be fixed that I am behind on the payment and explain to them the outcome that I needed the vehicle to be able to come up with money she agreed that she would defer the payment if I paid $150 the vehicle was then was then picked up on a lift and taken back to the car dealership Miss ******* screamed at me and telling me that I needed to calm the blank down and that my vehicle was being repossessed I was emotionally distraught and had to call them back and explain them I'm sorry but these issues that are in result to my vehicle are definitely their fault they refuse to take any responsibility I called them today May 3rd and explaining them that I need to know when the vehicle would be fixed they are charging me $1,000 for a part that is not my fault and refuse to answer any are all questions I have related to the situation refuse to even explain when my vehicle would be fixed refuse to call me I had to call them and they have told me that they will get to the vehicle when they can that I need to stop calling them they will not answer any of my phone calls until they call me and I'm thinking legal advice as well as I've already made a complaint with the attorney general the better Business bureau the highway of safety control and I am just destroyed the way that these people claim to do business with their consumers and refuse to hear anything out"

BBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment. BBB asks third parties who publish complaints, reviews and/or responses on this website to affirm that the information provided is accurate. However, BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.

BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period, except for customer reviews. Customer reviews posted prior to July 5, 2024, will no longer be published when they reach three years from their submission date. Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic.
