    I went to visit my daughter and noticed a visible difference in the property. **** has made a significant impact on the developments aesthetics since taking over in January. They have completed many projects that have been beneficial to this beautiful neighborhood!

    First Coast Association Management (****) took over our property in January of 2024 and overall I am very pleased so far. Freshly painted gates, power-washed property that brought our property back to life, landscaping improvements and more in just a short amount of time. They have a great network of vendors that do good work at a competitive price. **** has been quick to respond to my inquiries and overall I am very pleased with the service we have received thus far. Looking forward to seeing how they continue to elevate our property!

    First Coast Association Management, ************ has been our property manager since January 2024. They have done a good job of managing our property which consists of a 400 unit condo complex. They implemented several enhancements to our community. Communication has been timely and responsive. Would recommend them.

    I think that **** has done an excellent job to date. They are trying to restore our community to a higher standard after taking over for the prior management company that was doing a very poor job. Since taking over at the beginning of the year the property is vastly improved. I can see that they continue to find ways to make a difference even in with the minor details.

    June 13, 2023 an active leak was disclosed to management and Insurance was notified. An independent engineer determined the neighbors faulty shower pan was to blame, license number *****. An outside mildewing mitigation company was hired and determined there was $7510.87 worth of damage caused by the neighbor. This does not include sheet rock, insulation replacement, cabinetry replacement, thinset or painting. *************************, the president of First Coast association has ignored our complaints that the owner is negligent and refused to do any repairs. The neighbor listed his condo today MLS #******* without disclosing these detailed issues or the damage done to the neighbors residence and repairs needed. Our tenant has not lived in their unit since June. ***** will not put a lien on the property which has been requested multiple times. The selling agent notified us that the wall next-door is still wet and theres an active leak, yet ***** still continues to not do her job. A lien needs to be placed on the property at ********************************* unit 211 immediately. She threaten them with a lien on August 22, 2023, however, did not follow through.
