      This company is a scam with numerous lawsuits and complaints. It's a family operation. The company went inactive after numerous complaints and lawsuits, but as of January 2023, it is "Pening Reinstatement" on Sunbiz.org, ********* ***** of Corporations with a principle address for which he has no lease. ************************* has operated under a variety of *** names in *******, ****************** They include Duval Paving; Atlantic Asphalt; Divine Paving; Armour ********************************************** Armour ********************************************** J&J Paving; J&J Paving, *********************************** ***'s Sealcoating. In my case, it was Atlantic Asphalt in ************. He took 1/3 down as a deposit to fix my driveway--work was never done. There was always an excuse until I could no longer reach him by phone or email. He shut Atlantic Asphalt down and a month later started Armour ********************************************* in ***********, using an address for which he had no lease. A warrant was issued for his arrest for grand theft and scheme to defraud April 30, 2023.
