    On 03/21/24 we dropped our Pug puppy at this vet for a 3 days boarding, bath, puppy shots and nail filing. Pick up date was 03/24 at 4pm and only until 430pm. They gave two numbers that we called and messaged several times to advise wevwould be there even before the 4pm pick up time, and never received a callback or text or anything. No update on our puppy since Saturday. We have an invoice for what we paid and a contract as proof. We called the non emergency number and an officer was sent and he also called and left voicemail identifying himself as a *** ******* that was with the owners of a puppy that was supposed to be returned but for the almost 3 hours we were outside this business, no one came, no one showed to clean or feed the dogs. They don't open on Mondays so our puppy was going to be stuck there until today. Sunday, we never heard anything about anyone from the vets office. Finally Monday at 730am we got a call of who we believe is the owner and instead of an apology, he stared pick up time was 3pm.....not true....before he called, one of his employees had left a vm on my husband's cell apologizing for the confusion and advising no one knew thar a puppy was going to be picked up so nobody showed....
    I have all the calls, messages, voicemail and the *** ******* as a witness of how this business operates. They don't even have an updated name because the sign outside says **** *** ******** *** ******, they have 3 locations, *****, **** ***** and ********* which is the one I unfortunately used.
    My puppy was finally returned to us yesterday, he was starving, thirsty and the bag of food we sent with him for his stay, is covered with some odd looking bugs, we had to buy a new one but I have pictures as proof.
    This puppy is being trained to be a Emotional Support Pet for my husband who is a Veteran so this business owner while ignoring our calls, was creating a lot of stress and anxiety for our household. Puppy wasn't bathed, nails clipped and no shot record.

    This is in response to case ID **************.
    On 3/24, our employee did leave before her scheduled time. I attached a copy of her time sheet. She has since been reprimanded for not staying for her entire scheduled shift that was to end at 430pm and has since quit the company.
    I attached a copy of the client communication regarding a refund for the nail dremel due to the patient's anxiousness when attempting to do it and the communication regarding what we found in the food that the client provided to us. I also attached photos that we took of the food that the owner provided to us. I attached a copy of the cage card for the patient that was made on his admission to the hospital for boarding, showing that it was notated to use our in house food that we provide due to what appeared to be maggots in the food that was provided by the client. I also attached a screen shot of a copy of the vaccine records that were sent to the client. The client had called us one time on 3/24 from the phone number we have on file. All missed calls made to the hospital number are forward to the doctor's personal cell phone number. I attached a screenshot of the missed calls received to the doctor's phone from 3/24. There was only one missed call from the client on 3/24 from their phones numbers that we have on file which are ************ and ************* I attached a screen shot of the client information that we have for the client.
