      Excellent company! We highly recommend. I purchased a hot tub **** on 9/15/2024 smoothe delivery!! Cant say enough good things about these folks

      Buyer Beware!!! Previous hot tub owner, and was looking at buying a Bullfrog Spa over the Hot Spring ****** had. During the purchasing process of an A6L Basic at Unique Pools and Spas of ************, **, was told that in order to get 2 pumps and an additional jet pack we would have to upgrade to the A6L Plus. We were told that a one pump has great performance for a 3 jet pack spa, that is not true. In order to enjoy my experience you have to shut off 2 of the 3 jet packs. Since the sale is final and no returns Im expected to compromise my jet pack choices, due to an inherent design flaw by Bullfrog Spas. They want me to exchange 1 of my jet packs for a low flow high pressure jet pack to rectify the situation. There needs to be a disclaimer for one pump spas which jet packs are adequate for use.
