      Very disappointed in the service and work. Did not complete the job as contracted. Signed the contract in February 2024 and 5 months later work wasnt completed as agreed. Very poor communication. Excuses and broken promises.

      We have used Disaster Relief tree service over the last 3 years, three times and will again this June 2024. They have always done an excellent job and always left the area they worked in cleaner than it was when they started. An extra benefit is they won't hastate to have one of their team climb palm trees to trim them. A lot of tree services won't provide this service unless they can get heavy equipment to do so. ***************** and *******************, Palatka *******.
