    Horrible customer service from this company. ***** called my buyers stupid for buying the brand-new home in Connerton and paying so much for it, ***** called me stupid for her ***** customer service. ***** then called the builder stupid. Finally, ***** cancelled the second repairman who turned out to be very polite after arriving 45 minutes past the appointment time. Not his fault the first repairman never showed up or called. The wait time was from 12 to 4. Communication will help to alleviate missed appointment times for warranty items for brand new homes. I'm contemplating who is the "stupid" one is in this bad customer service situation. After reading the other reviews it seems that someone would rather argue with the customers in Pasco County than try to provide good customer service. A suggestion, *****, polite communication on the telephone to frustrated customers waiting for days or weeks for warranty repairs. There seems to be a breakdown in communication between the builder and the homeowners. It would be good business to fix that. **** the repairman was a prince on the phone and was very frustrated that you told me you were cancelling the appointment. Therefore, the owner and I both left and poor **** was left standing at the door with no one there to let him in. Very inconsiderate of a fellow worker and the customer. **** deserves 5 stars for making it happen. ****** ****** ***** work on your anger issues. Take some customer service lessons from *****
