They did a contract to install new dual front entry doors and Storm doors. I purchased the doors and they were supposed to install them. They sent there handymans to do a professional job. They didnt know how to install what needed done. Its scary when there employee tells me and my wife they didnt know what they were doing with the doors. The owner she doesnt answer you it took them from August till now but still not done right. They couldnt get the permit to pass and destroyed the doors. The office didnt provide the permit for the door. I still dont have a copy of the permit. Do not use them for anything. I can provide emails for the correspondence with them.

Within one week of your so called "brother" not working for us, we get review full of easily disprovable inaccuracies.

You were given a big discount on these installs due to your "personal relationship" with a sales person who doesn't work here anymore, you forget to mention that.

Every person on your job was a W-2 employee, we do not use "handymen" and the Contractor was personally on site multiple days.

The Contractor actually sat down and showed you and ****** how to use the permitting look up system since you claimed to have been defrauded by an AC company and wanted to see the permit history on your home.  Can you please mention how he took the personal time to show it.

A copy of your permit is required to be onsite to pass inspection, which by the way you did, as is evident on the *********************** System -    09/20/2023 RESALT-*********** Residential Alteration ******* Door Replace entry door, size for size - Door product approval number is ********* ****************, *********** ** ***** 0 Closed

You were also present for the inspection that passed, as the inspector needs access to the home.

I can also provide all the emails between you and myself, as there are over

As a matter of fact, our last correspondence was you asking me to get them back out, me asking if the following day works, and you stating "never mind"

    "****************************;<*************> Mon, Dec 11, 2023, 1:15PM
    to me :

    Never mind"

    "*** ***** <*******************> Mon, Dec 11, 2023, 2:04PM

    to ****

Okey, just let me know if I need to come out.

    Thanks,
    ***"

So to summarize, the permit passed inspection just fine, we have over 100 emails between the two of us when you claim I don't answer, you told me not to come back out when asked if everything was good, you were shown how to look up a permit on your own computer by the Contractor, and your friend just left our company a week ago.

Please don't lie about me when I have piles of paperwork to back it up.  I have paperwork to disprove every false claim listed in this.

I hired this company to replace all my existing windows back in early July this year. We signed a contract on July 10, 2023 and paid 60% down to order the new hurricane impact windows on July 11, 2023. I was told the new windows would come in within 6-8 weeks. I follow up with *** at AGFI multiple times over the following months and alwasy would get "I will check on them and get back to you". No one ever gets back to you. No one picks up the phone but insread they only correspond via email and notthing else. Windows finally came in at end of October 2023 and was told it would take 2 weeks to complete porject. I keep getting excuse after excuse as to why there are delays. It's now December 11, 2023 with 5 remaining windows to replace with no response from AGFI except we will wrap it up soon. I have been told they would wrap up the project for over a month now. They should up whenever they fell like getting her and normally spend one or two hours each day and leave with no ETA as when project will get done. If there were a no-star option on this review I would opt that option. I sent email to *** last Friday since I was told they would come finish my project on Friday last week, Monday and Tuesday this week until completed. They came 1 hour Firday and now no one shows up agaim Monday and not communication from thier office. Very bad company to deal with.

I have over 50 emails with this customer.  Do I need to show the three emails we've had back and forth since Friday, even though according to the customer I haven't communicate, that's the nice thing about emails and paper trails, it shows when someone is lying.  I'm not sure that constitutes "no communication" or "no one getting back to you".

The customer also fails to mention  he was part of a $10,000 grant ******* that flooded the window market and caused unprecedented delays, when the my Safe Florida Home Program was launched.  We also had a Hurricane in the middle of the project, which unfortunately caused more delays that are out of our hands.  We are very clear we are not a window manufacturer.

The customer was told multiple times on site by our project manager that there were a few windows that were ordered incorrectly and needed to come back in. He prefers yelling at *** in the office instead.   The customer insisted we come back out and we did to try to placate him and let him know we didn't disappear, but the customer is dissatisfied with being told he needs to wait until all the materials come in for us to return.  We've tried to go back over several to be refused access to certain areas, not be able to move the Christmas tree, etc.  It's disappointing to be lied about when you kept communication, the customer just didn't like what you had to say.

Never once have I disappeared, never once have we asked for additional money, never once have I ignored an email for the customer for over 24 hours.  Once again, I have over 50 emails between myself and the customer.   The customer will be left with a full home of windows as contracted, they just don't like that they have to wait for.   We have given the customer the option to cancel the customer and change Contractors and we have alerted the My Safe Florida Home ******* to the issues with window supply delays.

We have recognized that we had a weakness in our window area, and we have change suppliers and trained our installers and measuring team better in order to improve on this.  We are human and a small business and are always learning.
