"I dont rate - 1 because it is not possible I have been trying to get a tech coming to my house to check my electricity odometer for months, my bill is out of control and every time I call the customer service department they said they will send someone and never happens, thy way they handle those calls is not professional at all the customer services representatives refuse to transfer the call to any supervisor they said the dont have a number for the order they submit to inspect and they do not know when the technician came come." ...
