I recently visited sleepplay and I had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the selection of products was fantastic. Everything was well-organized, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The store has a welcoming atmosphere, and Ill definitely be returning for future purchases. If I could give them a minus 10 stars I would. They immediately took my money but no product, no shipping info and no communication. Do not order anything from this business. In my opinion, they are horrible.

We see you placed your order Friday, December 20 after 6pm EST. Our shipping cutoff is 2pm EST M-F, so this order was placed after we had already closed. We did ship the order the following business day, Monday, December 23 via *****
Our system is set up to automatically send a confirmation email once you place your order and then another one once we assign a tracking number to it containing the tracking details.
However, sometimes these automated emails end up in other folders such as junk, spam, or promotional emails folders. As these folders are not regularly checked by most people, the auto emails concerning orders could be missed. To prevent this from happening, we recommend adding ************************** to your address book.
Additionally, we show your order was delivered earlier today. There were expected delays due to **** not operating during the holidays these past couple of weeks. We do offer expedited shipping options at additional charges to be able to receive your order within 1-2 business days once shipped.We understand your frustration, we will issue a $25 gift card to spend on any item at **********************

5 days to get a prescription from a sleep doctor is too long to wait for the equipment to be shipped. There is a lot of money spent prior to obtaining a prescription for this equipment. There should be better service especially since they have your money. Too much confusion on how to set up the video conference with the sleep doctor.Review fromTom C
