was not making any money, and not getting back the guaranteed money, and even not listing any good sales just what they needed to clean up

We're disappointed to see this review, especially considering the actual performance of your store while under our management.

      Lets set the record straight:

      1) Your Store Was Profitable: You made tens of thousands of dollars in sales and reordered inventory multiple times. That alone proves there was real business being done. Like any business, there were hiccupsbut none that stopped the store from performing successfully during our time managing it.

      2) You Left a Working System: Had you continued with consistent inventory ordering and followed our guidance, your profitability would have only increased. Instead, you chose to cut ties, and unfortunately, thats when things took a turn.

      3) You Trusted the Wrong People: After parting ways, you gave control of your store to a former employee who had already left our company under serious circumstancesincluding theft. That individual added products we would never have approved, and your account was ultimately shut down after our involvement ended.

      4) Unfair Accusations: To call us a scam while ignoring the tens of thousands of messages, regular support, and successful management we provided is not only unfairits misleading. You never reached out to resolve this or ask for help. Instead, you went straight to a public review, leaving out every positive part of the relationship.

We take pride in the work we did for you and the results we delivered. If you'd like to have a real conversation about what happened, we're open to that. But this review simply doesn't reflect the reality of your experience while under our care.

Total scam! They have lost our money and sold us inventory that we didn't have permission from the brand to sell. They misspelled the name of the product 3 times in the listing. So, our listing was deactivated and we lost ~$4K on it. They always find a way to blame their results on you. ***** and his team are criminals and should be held accountable by someone...but who? He's continuing to scam new clients per many posts I've found online. This is by far the biggest scam I've ever encountered.

We are sorry to see this review, but it is important to clarify several points to ensure an accurate understanding of the situation.
Firstly, it has been almost a year since this initial complaint was posted, yet we are still actively working on this account today. This alone contradicts the accusation of a scam or abandonment.
Regarding the inventory issue: Yes, there was a problem with the listing that led to temporary deactivation. However, we immediately addressed these issues and worked hard to resolve them. We have consistently communicated and taken action to fix any challenges that arise, including misspellings and brand authorization concerns.
We also want to emphasize that the definition of a scam is far from what we have provided. While we acknowledge that no business partnership is without issues, we have handled all challenges responsibly and continue to invest time and resources into this clients business, often absorbing costs ourselves.
It is disappointing to be repeatedly blamed for setbacks when we have been transparent, proactive, and committed to finding solutions. We remain committed to helping this client and hope for more constructive and positive engagement moving forward.

I decided to sign the contract months ago, after a great presentation given to me, with numbers in spreadsheet and a lot of info.I was enthusiastic because I wanted to build an e-commerce for a while, but I knew I didnt have the knowledge since my field is completely different.I was promised a 20% return, which from the very beginning I knew it would not be realistic, but I was set at getting anywhere between 10-12%.After investing over $75,000 between start up costs and inventory, as of today I didnt even remotely not only make any real profit, but not even recoup the money spent on inventory. The team will respond right away when you have a question, but the answers will always be either very generic or just standard responses, and would always suggest that the issue is my fault for choosing the wrong products (again I have zero experience and thats why I decided to pay someone to help me), or that theres a lot of competition or something else. I feel incredibly upset, because as much as I insist and *****************, Im not going anywhere with this business.

Were sorry to hear that ******* feels this way, but his review does not reflect the full picture of our relationship or the effort we've put into supporting his business.
      Lets clarify the facts:

      1) Store Was Active and ****************************** While we were actively managing *******s store, it was live and generating sales. This is verifiable, and we have documentation to support it.

      2) Significant Support Provided: ******* invested in oversized inventory (dog food) back in March. Shortly afterward, ****** changed its oversized FBA fee structure, dramatically increasing storage and shipping costs. Instead of passing these costs onto *******, we absorbed thempaying for months of storage and unit-by-unit prep through EZ Fulfillment in ******, ***

      3) Refused to Remove Bad Review: Despite our continued supportincluding paying out of pocket for his storage and operations******* posted a negative review. We asked for the review to be removed in order to continue covering his costs, and he declined. At that point, we stopped paying the storage fees, and the prep center disposed of the dog food inventory per standard procedure.

      4) Unrealistic Expectations Without Reinvestment: ******* expected meaningful returns but consistently refused to purchase enough inventory to see the results he wanted. No business can grow or scale without reinvestment, yet he continued to expect full service, coverage of losses, and ongoing operational support without committing the inventory needed to generate real profit.

      5) Misunderstanding of Our Role: Suggestions we provided to help the business were often interpreted as us simply needing to send him money, rather than working collaboratively to build and grow the store. This was a long-term venturenot an overnight success story. We are not magicians; real growth requires time, effort, and investment from both sides.

      6) Contractual Boundaries: ******* has submitted the same questions multiple times, and weve consistently respondedeven when the concerns were outside of our control. Still, **** offered to reimburse losses and help move forward if hes willing to partner in good faith and remove defamatory content that violates the spirit of our agreement.
We're proud of how we managed *******s store during the time of our consulting agreementhis store sold well, and we went above and beyond

We remain open to continuing our support if hes willing to meet us halfway. But no service provider can or should be expected to bear all the cost and risk while the client disengages, refuses to cooperate, and spreads misleading narratives.

Pretty happy overall with everything and so far my experience has had great communication. Had a slower start but everything is rolling along very well and if I had to make this investment again, I would.

Phoenix Rizing has been nothing but outstanding for me over the last 7 months. Had been looking for an Amazon Automation company to sign on with for quite some time before I stumbled upon Phoenix. This company really went in depth to show me exactly how they were going to run my store and have been nothing but phenomenal in doing so. After my store gained traction the numbers were staggering and almost exactly what they had promised. The communication has been great and the store employees always seem to be trying to improve my store daily. Would recommend to anyone looking to make some passive income.
