    Back in October of 2022 I inquired about a 2014 gmc Yukon xl they had for sale I made a down payment of **** cash upon arrival when I got there and saw the vehicle it was not like the pics they advertised the driver inside door panel was broken also the dashboard was broken which was never mentioned or advertised I took the vehicle regardless because I needed a car took it home this was on a Monday the Friday my family got into the vehicle to drive it for the first time and broke down on the road not even 30 mins of driving upon checking the vehicle had major oil leaks it leaks a quarter of oil every ********************************************************************************************** back I got the vehicle dropped back to there location and requested a refund which they said they will see what they can do then they started ghosting me and blocked my number I got lawyers involved and they did the same to them this isnt a good company and I really just want my money back no matter how small it is it at the end of the day its the principal of the situation

    You are requesting a refund for a deposit you left on a car over a year ago. And all deposits we receive for cars are non refundable. We cannot help you sorry.

    I purchased a 2016 Land Range Rover from Shimons Cars *** DBA Hollywood Auto Mall ***, **** ***************, Hollywood, ** *****. While speaking to the dealers rep ********************** I asked him the condition of the vehicle and he concisely stated that the Range Rover is Mint. I (unwittingly) happen to catch the conversation on audio recording during our conversation. The car arrived at my home and has major engine issues that are clearly not Mint, the engine light was on, and antifreeze was leakingthis was all recorded on my nest video camera over-watching my garage, and none of these issues were ever disclosed. I emailed the ** *********************** regarding these issues, and also stated that I had **** on audio recording stating the car is Mint condition, and he never responded. I emailed a 2nd time explaining I would take this case to litigation. He finally responded and asked what the issues are. I stated the issues in the first email to him and subsequently again to his final emailas to which he never responded back; its been over two monthsclearly he doesnt care, and has had ample of enough time to do the right thing. The vehicle was sold "AS IS" however, when I asked **** the condition he stated Mint which describes "AS IS" as MINT. I described to the ** that I was 100% ***************** Disabled Combat Vet, which made zero difference to him. The Vehicle has the same miles on it when it was sold; I never drove it for litigation preparation. If this is a respectable dealer; why not take the vehicle back in the same condition, same miles, same everything. The dealer is only taking advantage me; the dealer absolutely will lose nothing by taking the car back. In this day in age, what used car dealers treat folks like this, especially Veterans? I would have preferred to handle this respectfully and amicably; however, the ** *********************** after this amount of elapsed time has indicated that he has zero interest in being a respectable car dealer, and handling this responsibly.

    I went into purchase a vehicle on June 26, 2023 I met with *********************** the manager. After doing the financing I noticed that he put the cost of the car $3000 higher than he told me it would be. I took the car and was instructed to bring it back the next day to have the mechanic look at the many things wrong with it. The car had many malfunction lights including abs, power steering, esc, and park brake. One of the fog lights were out. The hood sensor was registering as open while driving, the brakes were really hard.took it backthey had it for a week and nothing got done except closing the sunroof which that switch was also broken along with driver window module also did not work. So the *********************** contacted me several times and tried to persuade me to call the finance company and tell them that the vehicle was fine and in my possession which both were a lie. I told him I did not feel comfortable doing that because I had nothing else that would protect my investment. He told me he understood a few days later I contacted him and told him can I get the car until the parts come in he stated yes and then again persuaded me to call the finance company and tell them everything was fine in order for him to release the vehicle to me, but we wrote a promise to fix contract to ease my mind. the finance company denied the deal I contacted ***** and told him that I would be returning the car which he told me was fine. I asked him to refund me my down payment of $1800 that I sent him via Zelle and he told me OK. He went on to say that he did not have login and would have to contact the boss to send me my money back later that night. the next morning I text no response I called no response then I text again and he responded that the boss said we do not refund down payment, after going back and forth, he told me there was nothing he could do because thats what the boss said. This dealership is really shady and I want to advise the public of the horrible business practices.

    I am rejecting this response because: the engine was making that noise from their lot like that..The driver that delivered it also said that the engine was making that noise when he was putting the car on his trailer..Can you please just replace the engine and lets turn the page on this chapter..I enclosed the engine diagnostic from the Machanic..

    We have been very busy. I'm sorry you are having these problems with the vehicle.
    This was an AS IS purchase.
    But this vehicle was driving well with no issues when it left our dealership so that is strange
    That you are having this issue now with the vehicle. But then again it is a used car and sometimes They can be unpredictable. This is why we offered you the option to purchase  an extended Warranty on this vehicle that covers the engine and transmission but you did not want it.
    However because we value our relationship with you and all of our customers, please send us 
    A complete diagnostic report from the mechanic shop you had the vehicle inspected at 
    So that we can look into this and then get back to you.

    **** your sale guy assured me nothing was wrong with the engine and transmissionThe delivery guy  brought it of the trailer with the engine knocking..Even if you cant replace it just repair it..Sold as is was guaranteed from **** the engine and transmission was working good I have all the messages save from him and I assuring me of the car is ?? working great...A business should just not progress by false advertising products to honest customers as myself..I am positive the news company will love my story on this matter..

    In November 2022 I started to purchase a vehicle from Hollywood Automall of *******.. The dealership cornered me Into the sale by not honoring the Truecar by navyfederal offer so I asked for m y deposit back,they refused. So I negotiate about the price, once they received my payment after the agreement they refused to relay vehicle. In that time, they drove my vehicle while I waited for them to release my car. They refused my **** I er thus stealing my free to look period. Once the vehicle is received it was delivered with the additional mileage. The same evening the vehicle was delivered the engine light comes on and a hazard light, upon further inspection here in PA all 4 tires bald. My local dealership states this car won't pass inspection with the lights on and 4 bald tires. This is the rule and law jn **. It's no way it ** acceptable for me to have a vehicle i am paying $26395 for and it be delivered not passing inspection and having engine lights on. I called, texted and emailed the dealership who says oh it was not like that. The dealership system that the computer that identified issues temporarily canceled the signals but I drove it less than 10 miles and the hidden signals popped on. It began to rain and the vehicle started sliding on 4 bald tires. The dealership also was sooo comfortable they at least 4 persons connected their phones to the vehicle. This dealership set out to take advantage and to steal and deceive me as a consumer. When they finally reached out continued the deception. No one should buy a car that's a lemon or in this condition. This dealership should be put out its conniving,theiving miserable existence.

    This vehicle was Inspected by ************ and it passed inspection with no issues. Tires are wear and tear items that we do not replace because they are used cars.

    We make sure the engine and transmission and all **************** components are functioning properly before we list the car up for sale. This vehicle never had a check engine light on the dashboard and it was driving very well before we sent it on the tow truck to be delivered. These are used cars and we sell them AS IS which is on the contract you signed. We make sure the cars are mechanically functional before selling them but they are used cars and sometimes unpredictable. I apologize that the check engine light came on but its a used car and these things can happen unfortunately but there is nothing i can do at this time. The vehicles are driven around the lot and between mechanic shops so yes it might have a little more miles than what was originally listed but we do not drive the cars for personal use.
