      Did not receive my order of May 8,2024. It is now July 8,2024. This company has not answered my numerous e-mails nor resent products nor refunded money. Tracking research reveals no acceptance in **********, **. This is very bad business practice and I believe this company is now a scam. I am a kind person and this is my first bad review. I do not recommend doing business with Skinpeutics. Money lost.

      I have tried for 3 months to reach someone at M2 Products Group to alter the frequency of receiving their supplements. The phone number provided is useless. Most often a message comes on and then the line hangs up. On rare occasions, I was able to leave a message; but to no avail, as no one answers. In the meantime, M2 Products continues to deduct payments from my banking account.I can only imagine how many customers this is happening to.How do I remedy this? Please help.
