      They took my car over a week now and have not contacted the bank so I cant pay my bill. They said I cant get my belongings for another week either. No one picks up and no one responds. The bank has called them many times and no response

      They are extremely rude, I went to pick up items from my car, they threw out all my expensive perfumes my laundry items that were never opened and kept my some of my items that were in the car. They are thieves.

      Ive never encountered such an unprofessional and discourteous group of people in customer service.Everything about the process is misleadingyou dont see the charges upfront, and youre given papers to sign claiming they care about your belongings, yet they just toss them into bags carelessly. They even enter your car without consent, claiming its legal for them to do so.Everyone I interacted with was incredibly rude. It felt like you had to drag information out of them, and they seemed upset that I even showed up to the lot. While Im not proud of being late on payments, that doesnt justify being treated poorly by a group of people who seem to hold power over you.Just be aware when dealing with this placeits an unfortunate experience, and its important to remember that, legally, we still have rights in *******.

      Went to go pick up my car. After I left the property the workers followed me off the property, tried to fight me and threatened me with guns.

      These guys will threaten to come steal your car to your face and call you names. They lie about the times theyre opened or closed. One of the guys even tried to fight me because he was frustrated.

      Came to my house at 2AM , knocked on my window from my room and flashed a light as well. Thought it was police btw .. looked outside and they were gone . I called to verify my vehicle is there and was being nice about the situation with the lady on the phone she was rude the entire time . Still have yet to go in tomorrow and Im not happy about going due to the reviews online .

      They dropped a Benz while I was there and yelled at me to delete the video..btw video is posted online. I new something was going to be wrong with my car and I was right my right side window was damaged!! Banks beware this place will mess your cars up and not care to fix it!!!!
