    BUYER BEWARE! I ordered my seamless gutters and down spout and had issues with the down spout. Not only do they advertise its all seamless, but I called for the warranty I have, because it was leaking in three areas. They refused to honor the warranty because i tried to put tape on it to reduce flooding untill they got here. Thier unscrupulous business tactics to decieve the customer into assuring years of a warranty is false. They will do anything to make an excuse to not honor the warranty. ***** the owner is never availble to talk. His wife instead takes his calls and is so rude, nasty and degrading. Her unprofessional behavior is only exposed after payment is received. Be careful with this one. She lies. I would absoultely advise you to go anywhere else but here for gutters.

    Have a appointment between four and six call the office. They said they were gonna try to reach someone to give me an ETA 730. No phone calls no ETA. No nothing not real professional people. Guess I will keep some business.

    These guys are a bunch of clowns. Had an appointment scheduled with them on 6/8 between 11:30 and 12:30. They called at 11:38 to say they couldn't make it out, asked to reschedule for following week same time, and offered a discount off the estimate. I agreed.I called them on Wednesday to confirm. The guy I spoke with said he would confirm with dispatch/office and call me back. Never did. Noon on Thursday, nobody there yet so I called him again - got voice mail. Called the office - asked them if they were coming - lady said she would have the estimator call me with an ETA. 3 hours later, still no call and nobody showed up.Don't waste your time.
