    We started working with ******************************* in 2023, and now its 2025, and absolutely NOTHING has been done. At the beginning when they collected their money to start everything was a walk in the park.... Fast forward every time we call or email for an update EZ Permits blames the City of *****. They take days (or even weeks) to respond, and sometimes they dont respond at all. When they do, its always a different excuse for why theres no progress. Since I was not getting any response from EZ Permits, I decided to email City of *****, and they advised me that the violations have been in corrective status since January2024, by EZ Permits and nothing has been done. Keep in mind we hired them back in October of 2023.This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience imaginable. We trusted them to handle our permits, but after three years, we are still stuck in the same place. All throughout this time since 2023 the City of ***** is fining my property in ************* and totals are outrages. Upon doing research on this company several complaints and bad reviews have been left by clients in the same situation.
