    *** ***** promised me a loan, and then, vanished. Thought he might have gotten busy, but he did this in 2018, 2019, 2022 and now in 2025. I had heart surgery in 2018, and the day before, he promised and then, disappeared. Wondering now if this is how he operates. I would be very careful working with ZSP Group, and especially with *** *****. Disappointed

Please know that at no point was there any intention to mislead or disappear. We take all client communications seriously and aim to provide transparency throughout the funding process.
    In each of the years mentioned, your file was reviewed and unfortunately did not meet the underwriting criteria due to a combination of factors, including low or inconsistent monthly revenue, negative bank days, and previous defaults. These are standard risk factors that lenders evaluate when determining eligibility.
    I understand that you were going through a difficult time in 2018, and I truly regret if the timing added any stress. If youd like to review your current funding options or better understand what would be needed to get approved, Id be happy to speak with you directly.
