    "I brought my Nissan (under ****** miles) to this dealership for two issues:CarPlay audio input/static problems during phone calls Transmission and alternator concerns diagnosed by a certified AutoZone mechanic (both under extended warranty)The service advisor, ****, and service manager, ******* were involved in the handling of the visit. Here is what happened:They claimed no issues found without testing the CarPlay properly (the technician did not have an iPhone, which was required to replicate the issue)They delayed the written diagnosis by over *********************************************************************** a rental vehicle during that time, stating they couldnt provide one without a diagnosis They logged false notes about the vehicle working normally and attempted to blame the issue on a generic software update They ignored the warranty-covered mechanical issues entirely I was required to sign a $250 diagnostic fee agreement despite no proper diagnostics being completed When I requested contact information for the General Manager, I was told he could not be foundAll of this is documented with screenshots and messages." ...
