    After having all new gutters installed on May 7, 2024 and paying in full, we discovered with the first rain that all the gutters had major leaks on all four sides of the roof as the rain drips behind the gutters. Total gutter failure!...not just in a few places.After several attempts to contact the owner, we finally got a hold of him on June 17 and he said he'd be out by the end of the week. HE NEVER CONTACTED US AND HE NEVER CAME!After more failed attempts to contact the owner, we finally got a hold of him on July 29 and were told he knew what the problem was and that he'd be out within a week. HE NEVER CONTACTED US AND HE NEVER CAME!After further failed attempts to contact the owner, we finally got a hold of him on Sept. 10 and he texted that he was bending metal for our job and would be out within a week. HE NEVER CONTACTED US AND HE NEVER CAME!After more texts asking for a date for him to come out, we finally got a hold of him on Sept. 23 and he texted, "Next week should work." HE NEVER CONTACTED US AND HE NEVER CAME!On Oct. 13, we sent him an email, once again asking him for a date that he could come and finish the job. I stated, "If I don't hear from you, I will realize that you never intended to complete the job, and that you will not honor your "5 Year Warranty on Workmanship" as stated in your estimate dated 5/4/2024." HE NEVER RESPONDED! When we agreed for him to do the job, he said he'd be right out to fix any future concerns. In truth, he has failed to operate his company using ethical business practices. He is only interested in taking your money and you will never see him again.
