      I have all but Termite control left with them. Once they sold out to ******** it has been downhill - it is the worst service from a company I have had in a long time. Even their employees have complained about the new ************ NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING.I am slowly but surely getting rid of their services.

      Feb 20, 2024 There was an incident that happened on one of the properties. I told the sales person in the beginning that emails were not a reliable source of communication and I have to be called and meet the tenants over there before any service is rendered. She said now they have to have a credit card and email address and I mentioned that I had a bill and I needed her to explain it. They sent me from one department to department to another for months. They had the wrong address on a bill (a check) and it was never recorded on the same day my son was buried and they never recorded it. Feb *******. I needed to notify my tenants of their arrival a because the tenants may not be home. They went to the property unauthorized and used my credit card without my authorization. When they arrived the male tech told her I see why you were bitten by a spider because whomever did this work did a poor job and it was their own company that build an exclusion a while back (Florida Pest Control) he even gave the tenant pictures to use against me. I lost that tenant and she said she was going to sue me, thanks to Florida Pest Control Tech. I called the *** salesperson and she was just as shocked that they came on the property unauthorized and did what they did. At that time I CANCELED ALL OF MY SERVICES. A couple of days ago I received a notice from a collection agency for payment for something we NEVER AUTHORIZED. My credit score is 800+ the last time I checked it. I should be trying to collect the money they took from me. Thank God the credit card I used was one that I have to load. I only signed one contract (with her help) for $354 for one house. The others were unauthorized and I had no idea they were being serviced. That was horrible and I feel manipulated and hope no one else will have to go through this, and to correct this I need you to to acknowledge you were wrong and credit my account.
