This is not a safe place! These are all students essentially practicing! My ****** died here April 2024. ***** was admitted on a Saturday morning and sent home a few hours later in worse condition than she arrived. Trusting a student doctor over my own instincts, thinking they certainly wouldnt send her home if she was getting worse, they did. I sat with her all night and decided to take her in again early Sunday morning. She died during a blood transfusion (that should have been done on day 1). I received the call that she had gone into cardiac arrest and died around 2:30 p.m., moments after this I was offered a free autopsy. ****** was 8 months old, pregnant with 5 kittens, ready to give birth any day. I asked about the babies when I was told ****** was dead and she said they were preterm. When I went to get Gidgets blanket and carrier a week later, they brought out the wrong things, things of another cat they had killed, I guess. Devastating! When reviewing the paperwork, the students taking the history when youre in the lobby waiting area were wrong both days. Theres $100 charge for holding the body! There is an itemized line that says sorry for your loss on the invoice! One front desk lady did help me find Gidgets blanket, so I did get that back, not really a victory in this situation though.

If I could leave zero stars I would.Unfortunately this past Sunday our sweet girl got herself into some trouble resulting in a gnarly laceration with major pocketing behind the wound. Reluctantly, we rushed her to the **************** clinic in *****. To say we are upset with the level of care we received is an understatement. They completely botched closing the laceration, resulting in the tissue turning nacrotic. As well as knowingly sent us home with an incorrectly placed and broken drain saying we tried to trouble shoot it but didnt have time to figure it out, Im sure shell be fine. ** *********************** Services do better! We entrusted you in a time of need and you completely let our sweet girl suffer more than she needed to as she now needs an additional surgery to repair your negligence.I would 110% not recommend you take your beloved animals here.

Took my dog in for cataract surgery evaluation. Was told the protocols and procedure and risks as well. Jumped thru all the hoops required and scheduled the surgery. Was called to pick up my dog and in the consultation with doctor was informed that they could not implant the lenses after the cataract surgery as the eye structure was to weak to support the lenses. No lenses means my dog is clinically blind, the world is all blurry to her. This one complication - no lenses was never told to me as a risk of surgery. Had they told me that this was one of the risks I would have declined the surgery. When this was discussed they said SORRY, BUT WE DID THE SURGERY AND YOU HAVE TO PAY. So now I have a dog that can't see and a 4200.00 vet surgery bill. I brought her there because I thought they had the best and brightest the best equipment and technology. This is the worst medical- I don't give a **** about your issue and our mistake-- I have ever encountered. I would consider that place to be more of an assembly line butcher shop than hospital.

Horrible experience...took sick cat there after local vet advised me to go there if my cat didn't start eating/drinking over the weekend in fear of a foreign body ingestion. Took cat back quickly and put in a cage for 8.5 hours. Told they were backed up on diagnostics and the vets had to make their own prescriptions because they were short and didn't have anyone in pharmacy. Student vet had no clue how to take a history and couldn't answer any questions without going out and talking to vet and returning with a vague answer. Finally refused to discuss treatment plan with student and vet came back. Spent more time talking about a full bladder, which wasn't the reason we brought the cat in to begin with. Absolutely no updates during the entire wait. All treatment done to cat was done in less than 5 min during discharge instructions. Trying to pay and get out was another hour long process. Worst medical care I've seen...no compassion! I advise local vets to reconsider when advising their clients to go there...

If its your only option you have to go but beware. My sister brought her dog in ** he has been wobbly and collapsing with a rapid heart beat with panting they found out he has mitral valve disease and said he should go on pimobendan which we agreed to do and i asked if we could do the ekg vest with him at home that one of their vets had mentioned it the vest and said she would ask the cardiologist if we could and she would get back to us. So 2 hrs later i get a phone to come pick up my sisters dog. I get there and was reading the discharge papers and the vet dr * wrote things in it that i never said to her. She said she gave me an option of putting the dog on pimobendan and do a follow ** in 1 yr or do another echocardiogram in 6 months and wrote that i refused the echocardiogram she never even offered that option. Then said i requested the ekg vest to take home for my dog despite the cardiologist saying my sisters dog did not need it. She never told me what the cardiologist said that he didnt need it she just said she would ask the cardiologist about it. Then she wrote in the report that i told her the dog had a hacking cough(what???) i never said that at all i said his cough is a khack not hacking. Then She wrote that we refused more testing on why he has anemia. I dont understand we told her that we can only spend $2500.00 on this er visit that we cant go over that amount of money because we just dont have that kind of moneywe cant afford it. Then lastly the tech met me at my sisters dog discharge they didnt even have a vet come talk to me after spending$2000.00. Just be careful of this place.

Not recommendable at all.We brought our furbaby for a special test, due to the size of her body it was the only place with the appropriate tools. The procedure wasn't that complicated after all. however, we still can not forget the face and conditions that our baby was delivered to us, it took her a week to recover and get strength back, without mentioning the fear she showed to other doctors after that experience. What did they do to her for her to have those post reactions???The information and studio provided weren't worth the 7 hours of drive each way and the quality of information we were expecting. It also cost our baby the quality of her life after that happened. If we had more options at that time and the time to decide we could probably choose another place with more experienced, knowledgable and professional staff for the procedure.
