  ACA group went above and beyond to help our family exit our timeshare. We really appreciated their constant communication, updates and guidance throughout the process. Their prices were reasonable and their service is very professional. We've tried other services in the past and they were a hassle to deal with. Just took our money and no real results. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of exiting their timeshare

  I have just begun our exit journey, and after searching the internet we came across ACA Group. I gave them a call and spoke with Claudius, after explaining to him our dilemma, he directed me to Dale. Dale explained everything it would take to exit and how soon we could be free of it. We would recommend ACA to anyone trying to escape the anchor of a time share

  I was very hesitant about contacting another one of these companies that say they might be able to get me out of my timeshare. Once I spoke with the individual on the phone I was very impressed with their knowledge of timeshares and made me feel that I had finally reached someone that could help me. After a long conversation with some of the staff and exactly how they operate I felt that they were very knowledgeable and had the legal team available to get me out of one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. So far they have performed as they said they would and we got the legal process going. Hopefully they will continue to follow through with their guarantee. I have not had any update on any progress over the past couple of weeks.

  After checking with some companies that refused to take our case, I was skeptical that ACA Group would be able to help. However, after an extensive conversation with a ACA Group representative, we were assured that we were in the right place.   I googled timeshare exit companies and one to pop up was ***. I love that ACA Group came with a BBB synopsis. After calling, I spoke to the first representative, Mr. *** ****, and I must say, his attention to my complaints, issues, and questions was very evident that he cared about my problems with the ********* company and ACA Group could help. ***, stayed on the phone with me for hours to answer all my questions. When listening to ***, I noticed that he was highly qualified for that job in directing me on my next steps. *** spoke in ******** terms and he spoke with clarity. After speaking with *** extensively, I came to the conclusion that I was not being scammed and the ACA Group could help me exit my timeshares free and clear, with no hiccups on my credit. I was definitely taken advantage of by the ********* company who constantly announced themselves as a travel membership organization, but, come to find out, it is the same difference, a timeshare company. They misrepresented themselves to me, they just changed their wordings. The ACA Group can see through all of that with their legal eyes. I love the fact that this process will be done with attorneys representing me so that I can no longer be taken advantage of by the ********* company. I feel 100% confident after speaking with *** **** extensively, that the ACA Group is the real deal to help to relieve the hurt of the timeshare misleading ways. I am looking forward to exiting my timeshares smoothly with the help of the attorneys with the ACA group. It is important to know that people who are already being taken advantage of by ********* companies are hurt and on alert of being scammed by ********* exit companies as well. It is a relief to know that when you have to spend more money on exiting a timeshare that you will get what is expected.   So far so good I just wished that they would have told me about them going after my credit score and taking it all the way down. Because that still makes your credit look bad every single month. This stills adds up to bad credit and thats the bad part about it but other then that we will see how everything goes

While we do everything we can to support our clients through the cancellation process, we are always transparent that we cannot guarantee credit protection if a client decides to stop making payments to their resort. That decision, while often necessary in these cases, can potentially result in negative credit reporting by the resort.
  
  
  That said, if any derogatory remark is reported, we provide all of our clients with the legal documentation proving they are no longer liable for the timeshare. In addition, we offer guidance and the necessary dispute materials to submit to the credit bureaus. Many of our clients who follow this process have seen great success in having those items removed from their credit report.
