    I have been re-assigned multiple times, from day one and these changes were not communicated to me. I have to call multiple times, send multiple emails to get any response. The very first adjuster reached out and scheduled an appointment to see the house and then had an emergency, the next guy took a while to get me scheduled and then showed up with a rude attitude as to why I had not gotten mitigation done, excuse me, but I called my insurance company and am following what they recommended, as I have never had to file a claim, and I was told the first step was to have you come out. Then he pushed a contracting company to use, pushed HARD. Really inappropriate. The only way I found out that I had been re-assigned again was noticing the name on the portal changed. The portal is useless, there is no relevant information provided there and you cant get an answer from anyone. If you have an insurance claim with them assume you will get grey hairs waiting and high blood pressure from frustration. Absolutely horrible customer service.
