    This apartment complex no longer goes by this name, since being taken over by Carroll properties out of Atlanta, they are Elan Apartments by Arium.
    On First site and first impression, these are really nice, not luxury, apartments. They are priced by Florida standards, which is too high. If you are a single person trying to make it, there are some real struggles to get through. I live in the Syrah floorplan, on the first floor, which can be noisy from above, but noise I can handle. However, I have had the unfortunate problem of Squirrel's getting into my apartment and ruining all of my furniture. I only had a bed and a couch, but that is a lot when it is all you have. The maintenance crew was notified by me and they pointed out holes where something could have gotten in, they DID NOT help after that. Now I am having water coming into my apartment from the front and even though there have been multiple complaints to the GM and Maintenance, nothing has been done. I have to put up with wet linoleum tiles and wet concrete underneath, mildew and mold smells. I am at my wits end with this place actually doing the right thing. Fix it or let me move to a different apartment. It is not that hard, this apartment needs to be updated like all of the others in the complex anyway, so what are they losing? There are other empty apartments. I have two dehumidifiers, two fans, ceiling fan, and an air filter just trying to keep things dry in here.
