"This is the worst towing company I ever had to deal with, I got pulled over by the police and the car I was driving is my friend's car, the officer called them to tow my car and *** the truck driver told me he was going to let me get my personal belongings from the car when the police officer was present but when he dropped me off at a gas station at 3 am he changed the story, he didn't even let me get my jacket and it was freezing(01/20/2025), I called their dispatch but ***** the lady that answered was extremely rude and unprofessional, I tried to explain to her that I was moving from ************** to ******* and all my stuff was in the car and I needed at least my backpack and my jacket but she was rude and hung up on me, I called again and asked her to call their driver to turn off my car headlights on top of their tow truck and se said all their drivers are professional and hung up on me again, she threatened me with calling the police on me because I was still in their truck cabin, completely disregarding how cold it was outside, the following monday I tried to call to find out how much I need to pay to get the car back but they won't provide any info at all, they know I'm far im8 hours away, everything looks like they are trying to keep my car, I honestly think that this tow company should not be in business, their customer service in the office and their drivers are very unprofessional and rude"
