"At the beginning they were ok about 4 years ago ,but now i guess new staff new teams they are horrible , They owe us about $19000 dollars of unpaid invoices wich we are in process of paying back to our factoring company to start legal procedures against this brokerage firm , Be carefull who you deal with , Good things is we have all legal documents pertaining to all those loads legally delivered and picked up . They will invent any story to try and not to pay you but i guess some of them forget some of these conversation and emails are recorded as evidence and also for every load picked and delivered you must provide documentation of who you are."
