    VERY pleased with the service! We purchased a customized Champagne saber as a wedding gift. Engraving was done beautifully. Also, it arrived in less than a week. Keep up the great work.

    This site treats it's customers like criminals. The order confirmation email arrives 3 days after order is placed. Exactly 2 minutes after the email confirmation is received a second email arrives informing that the window for cancelation has closed. I can't say how long in-between the order and shipment takes because my order hasn't shipped yet. Phone inquiries are met with, "all agents are busy" and disconnected. Email inquiries are no better.

    This customer was not treated "like a criminal" nor disrespected in any way. This entire interaction occurred within 3 business days. All communications are automated emails and standard order updates. It is untrue that an order receipt is not sent for days as an order receipt is immediately sent after an order is placed. Our telephone call logs show customer made one attempt to contact us after business hours. The customer did not submit any order status requests via Customer Service. This order was ready to be shipped within 3 business days. We received an email from the customer right before the order was shipped that this order "earned you a one star review on the bbb website". The order was stopped from being shipped and cancelled. It is truly a sad day when we have to defend our reputation against an accusation that we treat our "customers like criminals". We have been in business for almost 30 years and have spent a majority of that time working with the US military and law enforcement agencies around the world. Our customized work is respected and our pieces have been buried at Arlington Cemetery, worn in battle and presented at numerous ceremonies. We are offended by any accusation of impropriety. God bless our troops and those that protect these United States.
