    I hired Man vs Pest and considered the services a total waste of money. ***** is charming and presentable, but the professionalism stops there. Two of the houses he treated were unsuccessful and the termites continued to destroy. He came back and tried to tell me the new termite droppings were just residual. After several attempts to get him to retreat, he did (somewhat). I foolishly had trusted him and had him treat another house. Similar affects and a similar response. I ended up having to hire a professional company to tent both houses, thus paying twice. ***** said he would give me a state issued document for the 10-year warranty. I paid him $3,600, for 6 hours of work, and never received the warranty document. He said the guarantee was in the receipt. The receipt said there was a 5-year guarantee on the structure only. Man vs Pest is cheaper than most exterminating companies, but if they don't kill the termites and you have to fight to get a second treatment, that still doesn't work, then you would be better off hiring a professional to start with. ***** *****

    ***** please add that Ive returned several times to accommodate these ancient homes you are trying to pinch pennies and use pest companies as a scapegoat to vouch for your cosmetic solutions to all of the homes issues. My reviews will show that I go over and beyond for ****. I wish ***** the best on these 1900s Spanish style homes you are attempting to bandage and lease it sell.
