While he was already receiving these services when I first spoke to ******, she helped guide me for his annual review and explained to me what to ask, best way handle situation if I wasn't happy with outcomes and also advised when if I had any questions with what was going on with his current IEP- for example, an IEP can't be changed by a provider (suggest a reduction in hours) and should not if I want to keep existing services in place." ...
