  please be informed that in the event there is any complication with an install this company will abandon you and leave you standing alone while asking for money. They contracted with ****** to install a generator and ran into a time crunch and lost the limit allowed on the permit to file for a final inspection, all their fault. Rather than reapply they stopped all work and stopped all contact with me. Just walked away. I am now without a $20,000.00 generator install and no use of the generator. Be very careful when using this company as they are only reliable if the install is simple. Any complication and they will leave you high and dry.

  This company is a nightmare. They are used through Costco and Lowe's. It's been a year and a half, and the job is still not completed. The first of many follies was their salesman submitting the wrong house for permitting. I had to wait a whole year to get the permitting right. Then they spring " Collier county JUST sprung on us you need a spot survey for 750.00. The word just is deceiving because our neighbors down the street got hit with the same demand, and they bought their generators from Costco 2 years before me.."just" is the deception they use. I will be filing a complaint with the states attorney and Collier county. Costco is absolutely useless. They demanded I pay for the whole job when it wasn't complete. They still have not installed a monitoring system that informs the owner of a possible fire hazard. They said they were out of stock. I then called a reputable electrical contractor that will finish the monitoring system. Costco is not the company you want to buy a generator from.

  This company is horrible. We signed for a generator with them in the beginning of May 2022. Salesperson informed us it was to be installed in August. He told us that they had a million dollars in generators in the warehouse, no problem finding generators with them! They applied for permit 6/21/22. Permit not issued until 9/8/22 because of their lack of providing required documents. They needed to file a recorded warranty deed. I provided them with this 5 times!! Then they needed another form for easement which we completed right away & sent back to them. If I hadn't stayed on top of them about the permit, we probably still wouldn't have one! Finally get permit on 9/8/22 & on 9/15/22 we are put on the schedule for 10/12/22. Told we were in luck that they found a generator at Lowe's for us! What happened to the million dollars they had in stock? The 10/12/22 install is cancelled "due to Hurricane Ian". Rescheduled for 11/8/22. The generator is installed but still needs gas line. Gas line ran next day. I called today, 11/17/22, to find out the status of the generator as it is still not completed. Informed the gas line was inspected on 11/14/22 & failed inspection. Informed that nothing has been done to rectify the failed inspection & they would call to get us back on the schedule for the gas line. If I hadn't called, who knows when they would've gotten this taken care of. The communication from this company is awful!! DO NOT USE THEM!
