      Terrible company. We placed an order with them and were told it would take a week to receive the materials. 11 days later we chased them only to find out they never even bothered to order the materials. We had paid a deposit. They dropped the ball and basically couldn't care less. Got a bunch of excuses as well. Waste of time dealing with these folks. Stay away unless you want a bunch of hassle. Would never attempt to use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. No wonder they have so many 1 star reviews everywhere.

      This company is a scam!!Spring on garage door replaced in July 2022 , same spring broke 6 months later Was supposed to be covered by warranty, same tech arrived *****, we discussed how the same spring broke and he agreed to replace with a stronger spring When it came time for warranty discussion he aggressively said I was confused and put on invoice that it was opposite spring so I had to pay for it, which I did to get him out of my house!Called the company for a refund and *** said there were no managers available and she didnt know when they would be in!!! She refused a refund, said I was confused and lying about the employee I have never dealt with such rude ignorant aggressive people Now I know why the company left ******, BEWARE of this company , they do junk work and dont stand behind warranty!!
