Sunstate installed my chainlink fence in June 2022. I now have 8 large posts that are rusting, the 2 gates are rusting, all caps are discolored, poles that run along the top are turning colors and fencing looks like it's getting a white powder on it. It's supposed to be a galvanized chainlink. Sunstate wants me to pay $1,000 to replace "a few posts and 2 gates". I said no. They sent someone with a can of silver spray paint to cover the rust today. I said no. They are refusing to help me. They claim they bought the "business" last year and don't have to help me. They have the same name, phone number, email and website. If you read their good reviews, don't believe them. They probably aren't theirs.

Sunstate Fence (Fort Myers) installed my PVC fence initially and did a great job and I gave them a very positive review to reflect how happy I was with the new fence and the entire process. The PVC fence was damaged in Hurricane Ian. I would like everyone to know my recent experience with Sunstate Fence (Fort Myers). We hired Sunstate Fence to replace the old damaged PVC fence with a new one. This time my experience with Sunshine Fence has just been terrible. A crew (two hispanic men) showed up unannounced to replace my old damaged PVC fence with a new PVC fence. They could not speak english there was no supervisor to over see the job. They damaged my irrigation system, so I had to run to Lowes to get PVC parts to repair the damaged irrigation lines. The first time they installed my initial PVC fence they buried my neighbors sprinkle head (we/I discovered it when they dug the second time to install the post (I have photos). So after they installed the fence; they left piles of dirt on my land and my neighbors and left piles of dirt all along the fence. When I called them to tell them they had to clean up my yard and my neighbors (my neighbor very upset with us) they came back days later and removed the dirt along fence which uncovered the irrigation lines were lying on top of the ground. Not buried like the were before they started the job. There is still dirt clumped on my yard and my neighbors (we tried to rake it and hose it down (too much dirt piled). I find out now after I asked to speak to the owner, there is new ownership and I can only speak to the new office manager. I just got off the phone with the "new office manager" and she told me that they were not responsible for the irrigation (that they damaged and dug up and left lying on top of the ground). I sent them videos of everything! I told her I was not going to pay the balance of the invoice until the job was completely finished.
