    The cause of the complaints stems from the terms and conditions in our monthly service plan agreement. Secondarily the cause of complaints comes from our return policy and the timeframe in which we accept returns from customers. Our return policy clearly states that we do not pay for return shipping and our product must be returned in 14 days starting from the time the customer received their order.

Refund and Exchange Policy
If you purchase your device on www.igpswatch.com, by phone and/or any selling platforms (Amazon/eBay) you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. If you return your device within the 14 calendar days from receiving your order (the "Trial Return Period") then, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Section, you will receive 100% of your original purchase price for the Device only, which excludes first-month service fee ($14.95) activation fee of ($15.00). During the Trial Return Period, your return may be for any reason. To be eligible for a refund, a Device must be in substantially new condition, and the return must be postmarked (or otherwise delivered to the relevant carrier or received by us) by the 14th day after the date of receiving your order. Refunds will not be issued for Devices that have been damaged or altered in any way, including by affixing adhesive or other items to the Device. For all returns, including returns within the Trial Return Period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to our office. *Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the Device only; refunds will not be issued for activation fee, first-month service fee, or any other fees or costs.
