      I'm a licensed realtor in the *************. I had an untimely departure of a VA and had a void to fill ASAP where my business was at its peak for the year. I was contacted via email by a ***********************. The contents of the email was intriguing and it seemed to be perfect. I ended up bringing a VA that calls herself ***************************. I was told that I was the only client that she would be working for. That was absolutely false where she would place a so call assistant in her place. The services of this VA was $900 per month for 40 hours. During this time, I noticed that ******** was working for various entities and the production was very minimum. After 28 days, I stated that this is not working out and per contract, we need to cease relationship. Of course you know it, my colleague's credit card was charged for $900 again and this company refuses do provide a refund!! My colleague had to close the account where this scam of a company cannot be trusted.Date of experience: 19 May 2023
