This company works alongside https://mywinningcode.dealerapps.com. DealerApps is scam company that sends out thousands of fake mailers promising people they have won $1000-$2500, just to get people to come into the dealerships. I don't understand how people believe these, but a lot of people who are elderly or need the money of course are being preyed upon by this tactic. They have a prize confirmation hotline you are supposed to call to verify your mailer code (it's the only number on the mailers, the dealerships don't even list themselves), but it is just the same script repeated to everyone who calls in. Everyone gets the same confirmation number and told they are a winner but cannot say what you have won. They have to lie and tell you it's a legit event and you WILL get a prize. Some people have to drive hours out to these dealerships only to be given $5 or money off towards a car. A friend of mine drove out almost over an hour and was given a chocolate bar! These dealerships will try pulling your tax records and ssn, and won't speak about the mailer they sent. They know what they are doing is wrong, and even have resorted to hosting these events in tents at random addresses without disclosing the dealerships hosting them's name. The amount of these things they send out is insane, and the whole confirmation line serves no purpose other than to pressure you into coming. Though not illegal, the fact businesses like this can operate is horrible and I cannot believe people actually think a random dealership, of all places, wants to give them a large amount of money for no other reason and the only way you can claim it is if you come to their location. Please stop giving these people your time and attention. Money doesn't come free.
