    I was extremely disappointed of Service provided by MyTown Communities management company and below is my view on their service.WE worked with Representative **** Thmson mostly. 1. I requested the photocopy of *. ******* and **** ****** management licences and still didn't receive it. Will ******* **** on that.2. *. ******* was skipping the late fees which she was not authorised to do.3. Condo owners including myself complained about M> ********* rude attitude. As a licence holder she must act in our best interests, but she didn't. 4. We have a contract with MyTown for bookkeeping service only, which is not full service. Condo received the refund from the insurance company for $25K. Temporary I am the only person on the board and recommended to deposit money to the operation account until the full board will make the decision, however M ******* decided to credit the insurance line, which she was not authorized to do.5. The ***** situation was with appointing/voting for the new Board. The emails were sent very strangely to each person separately, 3 times the meeting was rescheduled event was confirmed by condo owners. *. ****** was against choosing former president instead keep pointed me to choose to the the board the New Owner instead. It was not her responsibility and I see it as involving the voting, which is not only her responsibility, but also not acceptable.

    1.The license for **** and **** are on display at the MyTown Communities office and can be found on the DBPR’s website by searching either of their names.
    2.The Board must authorize the late fees, the previous Board instructed Mary to waive late fees and she followed the board’s instructions.
    3.We have not received a single complaint from any other owners in your association.
    4.You are correct, your contract is for accounting service only and as such the majority of your complaint is not within the scope of your services and therefore lacks legitimacy.
    5.The Board repeatedly failed to attend their own meeting, it is not within our scope to manage your meetings, as stated in item four this complaint lacks legitimacy.

    We strive to work with all of our Boards, we are unable to do so when the Board refuses to work with us in a constructive manner, we wish you the best with your future service provider.

    Its going on almost 4 years now living in a community under my town communities. And for those last 3 1/2 years the same 3 houses continue to pile up violations that bring the property value down of everyone elses house in the community. They are completely aware of this and they refused to do anything about it. Empty threat emails and empty threat letters and nothing done with the same violators thats been going on for years. Why do we pay this company that supposed to keep our community nice and beautiful so we dont have to live in a community next to trashy houses? I have photos of these houses. Something needs to be done about this company.

    Unfortunately, your association does not have an active compliance committee and as such, fines cannot be levied according to Florida Statute. The association is limited to sending letters in order to remain in compliance with statutory requirements. Thank you for your understanding.
