    This company is totally unprofessional and a ***** of ****** Hucksters.Zero Stars. The movers blew off there first appointment on the 27th and no one called me. They then scheduled for the next day and blew that off as well. They were supposed to come between a window of 10-2pm on the 29 and called to say they would be there at 3pm. They didn't show up until 3:30pm and then proceeded to claim I would need to pay double my estimate. They were putting a lot of pressure on for me to take their deal.. lots of fast talking in circles and at one point the guy said I assume you have to be out by the end of the day. Very creepy and a total scam. I had taken a complete video of the house and the garage to form the estimate which was pretty high already. The sleazy con man of a mover added 1000 cubic feet to the estimate. I fired them and told them to leave. I hired a friend to rent a trailer and delivery our stuff. He confirmed it wasn't nearly the cubic ft they were trying to gas light me into paying for. Save the trouble and avoid these hucksters like the plague. Very sleazy. Zero Stars

    Capital was ok. We ended up paying for some packing on move day but they did take all of our stuff. I was very hesitant since the company was in Florida and the website was not up but we did get our movers. They were not very nice but did their work. We have had better movers.

    ********************************** are SCAMMERS! They told us to send pictures of the furnitures we want to move and we did and they sent us a quote on which we agreed. On the day of the move the truck comes and says that they allotted us the spot that didnt even fit our couch ! When asked they said thats what I signed on the contract! Read their contract ! They didnt refund the deposit too ! We lost $1400 deposit !

    I wish I would have went with any other company than Captain. ****** ****** gave me a quote of $2k and said he quoted “high” in case there was more than he anticipated. He didn’t ask for photos of the boxes or anything, he just took note of what I needed. I put my trust in him. When the movers came to my home, they told me it would cost over 5k to move all my things. I told them to cancel it and I want my $800 back. I was told I can’t get my $800 back. I said cancel it anyway then. The movers found a way to lower the cost to $3,029 plus the $800 I already paid Adrian. I feel completely lied to and swindled. Trust in this company is completely gone. I had to go to extreme measures to come up with double what I expected to pay. On top of this, ****** did not tell the movers of things I have record of telling ****** I wanted moved. The movers were calling and texting me to ask if I wanted items move I had already told ****** I did. The moving company did a terrible job as well, leaving behind large items, such as a ladder, drafting table, two large shop brooms, a big plant, shoes and throw rugs. The movers also left 3 lights on in my home. I had a family member video chat with me after to see all that was left behind. The movers lost nuts and bolts to TV mount. Truly, DMS movers is less than quality yet Captain moving used them for my move. Also, ****** never told me they couldn’t move paint which I asked to be moved. Now I have to drive 6 hrs back to the home I left for everything forgotten and left. I voiced my complaints and asked for a refund for items left behind. Customer service said they'd get back to me and never did.

    HORRIBLE its a total scam. They tell you not to go with brokers because they send your personal items to warehouse and sit there and you dont get a delivery until they pack ************ from other clients into their trucks to make a complete delivery. Thats exactly what happened to me exactly what he told me to avoid he did ********************* from ********************************** is a scumbag m***********
