  The staff is kind and the residents are helpful. However, the owner and GM are extremely rude. Its crazy to me that they can be in charge of a hotel in the hospitality industry. Terek the general manager spent all day on 3/6/24 yelling and cussing out people on the property. Kicking people out and causing problems. I didnt even have a room yet, didnt say a word to him, I was minding my own business, he yelled in my face without giving me a chance to even speak. All because someone who has nothing to do with me said something to him that he didnt like. He kicks people out without warning, making the whole business seem like a joke. Hes even trying to cut out socializing on the property. Tenants can no longer sit outside and talk to each other. On top of that the place is disgusting and literally falling apart, yet he wants to up-charge people for that. Terek alone should stop you from coming here. Its in humane how he talks to the people on the property. Not to mention he kicked me off to the curb in the rain all because Im waiting to get a room. Now me and all my stiff are on the side of the road. I dont see how someone with no heart could possibly run a successful hotel, seeing as he knows nothing of hospitality.

  Firstly, We didnt get to stay at the hotel because its infested with roaches and we had to stay a Airbnb last minute: they refused to give us a refund even tho we only looked at the room and didnt stay there. Secondly, the manager was so rude, very disrespectful . He quickly dismissed **. Refused to listen a a word we say and threatened to get violent if we didnt leave the premises.Thirdly, we werent the only ones complaining about roaches ?? Finally, this was the worst experience I have ever had.

  Highly unprofessional. Very Rude. Didnt take acknowledgement to anything I was saying. Was agitated once I told the cleaning service that I was pregnant and couldnt grab the bags out of her way because they were too heavy. I couldnt sleep the night before because of a man and woman next door being extremely violent and children screaming. I asked to switch rooms was denied. Tried to sleep it off and was repeatedly awaken to the sounds of someone either getting **** ** ***** ** ******** ********. I woke up around 10:45 had the entire room packed just to be told she couldnt check the room because my stuff was by the door I started to move things she refused to check the room I then told her I was pregnant she disregarded what I was saying. So I went to the office not even to complain but to let them know of the situation next door that I overheard I was told I wouldnt be receiving my deposit because they couldnt check the room when Im reality she wouldnt check it, then after I explained to the manager about the situation he gave us the deposit the cleaning lady asked if we were talking about her and the staff told her no. So we called corporate and the manager got agitated and irritable with my aunt and I. After hearing our conversation he told his staff to remove our name and we couldnt come back to the property. So were now making this complaint because we feel humiliated, unacknowledged, and pushed aside like we were supposed to be Nothing.
