"I made reservations for their Mississippi River cruise my ** inmate could not go we cancelled our trip on 6/12/2023 I had already paid for the trip but they have not returned my money I have called many times and spoke to a supervisor *********************** she keeps telling me she has told accounting to expedite and urgent refund as of 12/14/2023 I have received nothing"
