    After asking for the full synthetic oil change, you gave me the synthetic blend. I always ask for the full synthetic oil change and I just learned that you have been giving me the blend the last three times I came into your store.

    ****** we reviewed your file. We noticed that when you started coming to ** in 2018 you used ****************** on your vehicle until July 31, 2021. The next three services after that it was changed over to Synthetic blend. Please note, normally the only way we would change the oil type is upon customer request and once that request is made it stays recorded in our system as the last service performed on the vehicle. Therefore, we follow the previous service and even though we always confirm price and service with our customers to ensure that they would like to continue they would like the same service and confirm price. You have also used a $10 coupon each time. Note, the price you have paid the last 3 times pertains to the synthetic blend oil change and not full synthetic. If this has been a misunderstanding in our part we sincerely apologize. We ask that you please clarify on your next visit to our technician your requested service. We value our loyal customers and thank you for your business.
