    As a small business owner, I do not take writing a negative review lightly. However, after multiple attempts to resolved this issue directly and privately, we felt there was no other option than to publish this review publicly. To understand why we had such a terrible experience with Bouncers, Slides and More, I feel its important to understand the timeline of what transpired. I hired ***** for a client's holiday party in December 2023. Per our agreement, items were to be delivered at 8 am the morning of the event which was confirmed via email and phone the week of the event. At 8:30, I reached out to confirm a driver was on his way. I was informed the driver was waiting out the rain (it was not raining at the event location) and would be arriving by 9:30. When the driver had not arrived by 10:30, I reached out again and was told he was almost there. Our two inflatables were finally set-up and ready to be used by guests around 11:30 that morning - 3.5 hours after our scheduled delivery time. For the delay in delivery, they agreed to leave the inflatables up for 1 additional hour which was still 2.5 hours less than our agreed upon rental time. Needless to say, my client was very disappointed in the delayed delivery. Following the event, we reached out to ***** on multiple occasions via email regarding a partial refund. When those emails went unanswered, my client reached out directly via phone for a partial refund for the significantly delayed delivery. During their call, he was very argumentative and asked her to please send the contract as proof his team was late. After this email was sent, no refund was issued and all attempts on our part to follow up with ***** were ignored. This was my first time working with Bouncers, Slides and More and I certainly will not be working with them again. The delayed delivery, lack of sympathy, and complete disregard for making the situation right are the reasons I would not consider hiring them for another event.
